Can I cancel the shuttle service 1 day before departure?
- Cancellations made 28 days or more prior to the scheduled departure date are eligible for a full refund.
- Cancellations made between 7 to 27 days prior to the scheduled departure date will receive a 50% refund.
- Cancellations made within 7 days of the scheduled departure date are non-refundable.
How many people can the shuttle service accommodate?
Our shuttle service uses private vehicles, providing a comfortable experience. 1-3 PAX for CA$589; 4-5 PAX for CA$689. If you need shuttle service for more than 5 people, please contact us directly so we can arrange additional vehicles.

How much luggage can your shuttle accommodate?
Our shuttle vehicles have ample space for luggage. After booking our shuttle service, please contact us with the number of luggage items you will be bringing so we can provide the appropriate space and vehicle to accommodate your needs.
Do I need to purchase a national park pass if my shuttle destination is inside the park?
You don’t need to worry about national park passes. Our shuttle service includes the cost of the park passes, so you’re all set. Just let us know your shuttle time and destination, and we’ll take care of the rest.
Is tipping required during the tour?
While tipping is not mandatory, a small cash service fee of CAD $15 per guest is customary. This is a way to thank your guide or driver for their hard work throughout the day. We greatly appreciate your understanding and generosity!
