Overview

Banff Journey assumes no responsibility for any injuries, damages, losses, accidents, delays, inconveniences, or irregularities suffered by passengers due to the following circumstances:

  • Sickness, weather conditions, strikes, war, quarantine, changes in advertised schedules, or any other causes.
  • The actions or failures of any company or individual responsible for providing services or arrangements for the tour.

Banff Journey reserves the sole and absolute discretion to cancel, shorten the duration, or modify the schedule/itinerary of any tour in the following situations:

  • Force majeure, hostilities, accidents, or other circumstances beyond the control of Banff Journey that, in its reasonable opinion, necessitate such actions.
  • The potential adverse weather conditions that, in Banff Journey’s reasonable opinion, require such actions.

Upon notifying passengers, Banff Journey shall be released from all liabilities and obligations related to the canceled, shortened, or modified tour.

Please be aware that personal belongings are carried at the passenger’s own risk at all times.

Children who are under the age of 16 must be accompanied by their parent or legal guardian. 

Identification with a photograph may be required for verifying one’s identity. 

By participating in a tour with Banff Journey, guests acknowledge that they comprehend that we may record videos and take photographs of them during the tour. These visual materials may be utilized in promotional materials, encompassing various platforms such as social media. 

Please take note that this tour necessitates a minimum of 4 participants, and it is advisable to contact us the day before the tour to confirm your attendance.
