  • Cancellations made 28 days or more prior to the scheduled departure date are eligible for a full refund.
  • Cancellations made between 7 to 27 days prior to the scheduled departure date will receive a 50% refund.
  • Cancellations made within 7 days of the scheduled departure date are non-refundable.
Is tipping required during the tour?

While tipping is not mandatory, a small cash service fee of CAD $15 per guest is customary. This is a way to thank your guide or driver for their hard work throughout the day. We greatly appreciate your understanding and generosity!

Is this a private or group tour?

Are activity tickets included in the price?

The price does not include tickets for the Banff Gondola, Columbia Icefield. These tickets can be purchased separately through us at a group discount. Please select them when booking.

Will the itinerary change?

The itinerary may vary depending on the season. If there are any adjustments, we will inform you in advance.

Can I choose which days of the itinerary to join?

You’re welcome to let us know your preferences, but the actual arrangement will depend on vehicle availability, staffing, weather, and traffic conditions. We may not be able to guarantee your request, though we’ll do our best.
Please note: The specific days of the itinerary may vary (e.g. Day 1 + Day 3 instead of Day 1 + Day 2), depending on operational needs and group arrangements. However, rest assured that all attractions included in your package will still be covered.

What happens if the tour I selected does not meet the minimum number of participants?

Our multi-day tours require a minimum number of participants to operate. For example, if you booked a 3-day tour but the group size is insufficient, the itinerary may be adjusted to 2 days or 1 day instead. We will notify you in advance, and a proportional refund will be provided based on the reduced days, or you may choose an alternate option.
