You can cancel the 1 day tour 24 hours before departure with full refund as there is a 24-hour cancellation policy, which allows you to change/cancel or refund your booking up to 24 hours outside your booked tour.
Are tours available every day?
We operate this tour only on Saturdays and Sundays, but due to factors such as insufficient participants or weather conditions, the tour may be canceled or changed.
Banff Journey reserves the right to change, postpone, or cancel tours, and will notify passengers 24 hours prior to departure.
Does this tour have a minimum number of participants?
The minimum number of participants for this tour is 6 people. If the minimum is not met, Banff Journey reserves the right to either cancel the tour or offer an alternative itinerary to the travelers.
Is tipping required during the tour?
While tipping is not mandatory, a small cash service fee of CAD $15 per guest is customary. This is a way to thank your guide or driver for their hard work throughout the day. We greatly appreciate your understanding and generosity!
