You can cancel the 1 day tour 24 hours before departure with full refund as there is a 24-hour cancellation policy, which allows you to change/cancel or refund your booking up to 24 hours outside your booked tour.

- Wildlife movements are unpredictable, and we cannot guarantee sightings of specific animals. However, we will do our best to provide the best viewing opportunities.
- To protect the health and natural behavior of wildlife, please refrain from feeding or attempting to approach them.
- Please follow the guidance and advice of your tour guide, who will help you observe wildlife safely and responsibly.
Is tipping required during the tour?
While tipping is not mandatory, a small cash service fee of CAD $15 per guest is customary. This is a way to thank your guide or driver for their hard work throughout the day. We greatly appreciate your understanding and generosity!
