Yes. Most of our full-day tours depart from downtown Calgary (the bus stop at 206-178 4 Ave SE, across from the Delta Hotel Downtown), and we also pick up in Canmore and Banff. A few tours — the Lake Louise & Moraine Lake Half-Day and the Stargazing Experience — pick up from Canmore and Banff only. Each tour page lists its exact pickup points.

Our scheduled tours run in small groups for a personal experience — you're never on a full-size coach. For a completely private day, our Private Tours give you exclusive use of the vehicle and guide for groups up to 24.

Round-trip transport in a comfortable air-conditioned vehicle, a professional local guide, all Banff National Park entrance fees ($12.25 per-adult value) for every guest, bottled water and snacks, and free 24-hour cancellation. Lunch isn't included on full-day tours, but we stop where you can buy your own.

No. Most stops are reached by short, mostly flat walks, and the guide sets an easy pace. The exceptions are our more active tours — the Canmore Day Hike (Grassi Lakes & Grotto Canyon) covers about 8 km with a 170 m climb, and the Johnston Canyon Lower Falls walk has a gentle uphill grade on uneven ground. Each tour page describes how much walking to expect.

Yes — we run guided tours year-round from Calgary, Canmore and Banff. Summer tours (June–October) include Moraine Lake access, autumn colour and longer hikes at Johnston Canyon and the Icefields Parkway. Winter tours (November–May) feature Johnston Canyon ice walks with crampons, frozen Marble Canyon, snowshoeing, and far quieter trails than summer.
